What to send, and why it helps
- Year, make and model. The starting point for any vehicle.
- Mileage. The odometer reading in kilometres, or your best estimate.
- Whether it runs. And if it does not, what happens when you try to start it.
- Condition and known problems. Warning lights, damage, rust, missing parts. Being upfront now avoids surprises later.
- Any loan on it. Tell us if money is still owing.
- Where the vehicle is. The city, and anything that makes access difficult.
- Photos. All four sides, the interior, the dashboard with the odometer showing, and close-ups of any damage. Daylight works best.
